Trip to the Zoo

Yes he was tired, and had had enough but I couldn't resist!
All three at once they did have a blast
Ross would not go down the slide without Ben
Yes I got to hold him too

Yes this is Tim, I think he left half of him self at home!!
What a cute kid!!! I think I will keep him for a bit longer!

Jaren really loved the animals

Mary got her holding time in...and she is looking really good

Yes Nate, who is looking great! had fun in Idaho! In this picture you can see Megan's arm off to the left....one of the lions had his eye on her. She could walk, run, or stand there by the exhibit, and she would follow Megan. She would run after her, or just keep her eye on her, and every time Megan would start running there would go the lion. It was cool, but freaky all at the same time.

We (as a group) only had to do one Ross hunt (he was found in the jeep, too short and we couldn't see him though the windshield), but I am sure Ben and Melissa did plenty of Ross hunts. He is a very independent boy, except for going down the slid.

This was going to be the adults...

All the kidos
Some things had to be taken care of....good thing Oliver came to take care of the dirty work!!
(we love you Jordan...REALLY)

Up close & personal

We have 4 kidos

Stephen Edward & Edward Stephen

A little history about the name.... When I first found out I was pregnant I thought I was having a girl. I had a bunch of girl names picked out, and ready to use, and then we found out we were having a boy. The lab tech ask if we had picked out any boy names. Well now we need to go back a bit further.... When Ruth and Grandpa Moore were still alive, Ruth and her family where visiting Grandpa while she was pregnant with Audrey. He really wanted someone named after him. He tried to convince Ruth to name Audrey Edward, and call her Eddie, and no one would ever know her really name was Edward. Ruth just couldn't do it, she felt really bad, and wished she was having a boy so she could. So when I found out I was pregnant I thought well there is Edwina, or Edna, and call her Eddie, but I just couldn't sell it to Trevor.....So when the tech ask if I had thought of any boy names, I hadn't, but then I knew what I had to do...just that quick. His name would be Edward, and when I said Edward, Stephen followed so naturally.

Edward Stephen carries the name of 2 great and amazing people. I didn't know my grandpa very well, but as I hear my mom and Patty, and others talk about him I can tell he had an amazing since of humor, was a hard worker, and most important he loved to fish. Stephen is my younger brother, and I remember a lot of fun things watching him grow up. He was about 12 when I got married, so I missed out on the more fun years, but heard a lot of stories and saw a lot of pictures. He like all of my brothers is a very amazing person in his own unique way. He is a hard worker, and plays even harder.

So Edward Stephen has not only the two people he was named after for great examples, but a lot of amazing Aunts, Uncles, brothers, and a sister to help and guide him as he grows up.

I love my family, and am so blessed to be apart of something so wonderful!!!

Edward Stephen Rice

Edward Stephen Rice decided to join our family on March 1, 2010. He is named after his Great Grandpa Edward Moore, and his Uncle Stephen Edward Campbell. It has taken me a while to figure out, and remember what to do with these little guys.

I have having a really hard time wrapping my brain around the idea that I have a baby in the house. I was just accepting the idea that I was pregnant, when he came about 3 weeks early. Well at least he waited until March. Another thing I am having a hard time getting use to is looking down and seeing all that dark hair, however I never get tired of looking at him, or holding him.

Adrienne, Oliver and Braden are loving their new little brother. Braden and Adrienne really enjoy holding him. Yesterday (4/10) while at the zoo, we had a stroller, however he spent little time in the stroller. Braden was holding him in one arm, and shooting video with the other. He is a good big brother, even he had relinquished his title of the youngest now to Edward. He is a very loved baby!!
